01/05 · Coach Marta Rivas

Strength

60' per sessionSpots 12Intensity ▮▮▮▮▯

Squat, deadlift, bench press and accessories. Programmed in 6-week cycles: every visit builds on the last. Bars for every level, from the 7 kg one to the competition bar.

Who it is for: anyone who wants to be stronger for their actual life — carrying kids, climbing stairs, aging on their feet.

Bring: flat-soled shoes, a bottle, willingness.

Coach holding pads in a boxing class

02/05 · Coach Óscar Peña

Boxing

60' per sessionSpots 14Intensity ▮▮▮▮▯

Striking fundamentals, defense and footwork, on the bag and on pads. Sparring is optional and only with full gear — nobody leaves hurt, everybody leaves empty.

Who it is for: anyone after coordination, cardio with a purpose and a release valve that is not their phone.

Bring: hand wraps (we sell them, $8). Gloves are loaned.

Kettlebells lined up for the circuit

03/05 · Coach Óscar Peña

Gear

45' per sessionSpots 16Intensity ▮▮▮▮▮

HIIT circuit by stations: kettlebells, battle ropes, sled, wall balls. Interval work against the wall clock — you against your previous minute.

Who it is for: people short on time with a long overdue debt to cardio. It needs a base: we recommend 2 weeks of ENGINE first.

Bring: a towel. You will need it.

Book Gear
Dumbbell rack in the conditioning area

04/05 · Coach Elena Cruz

Engine

45' per sessionSpots 12Intensity ▮▮▮▯▯

Rower, air bike and ski erg in aerobic blocks controlled by heart rate. It builds the fuel tank that holds up the strength, the boxing and the life.

Who it is for: absolute beginners, people coming back from injury (Elena is a physiotherapist) and athletes on a recovery day.

Bring: just a bottle. Heart-rate straps are loaned.

Calm

50' per sessionSpots 10Intensity ▮▮▯▯▯

Joint mobility, floor work and breathing. This is not yoga with incense: it is maintenance of human machinery, with a physiotherapist's precision.

Who it is for: everyone who trains hard in the other classes — and everyone who sits for 9 hours.

Bring: comfortable clothes. We have the mats.
